Hi all, I’m 34 and my husband is 35. We have been trying for a baby for just over a year with no success. My cycles are regular and last between 23-28 days. I’m on day 16 of my cycle and tracking with OPK’s. This is my first time to use these but I haven’t had a line as dark as the control line and wondering how normal this is. I’ve been testing twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I haven’t used FMU.

We dtd on days 6,10,12 and 13 of this cycle. I had ewcm on days 7-9. Has anyone experienced similar to me and gotten pregnant?

Many thanks in advance

If some of your cycles are as short as 23 days, you may be ovulating as early as cycle day 9 (which your EWCM also suggests). No harm in continuing to test this cycle just in case it happens to be a longer cycle for you. But next cycle I would start testing around day 6 or 7 to be safe, that way you are more likely to 'catch' your LH peak.
