Hi I came off of my combined pill in November 2025 after being on it for around 14 years.
Me and my partner are hoping to start a family this year, but are aware it could take a while for hormones etc to regulate.
I’ve been told I have a cervical ectropion a few years ago after having some bleeding after sex. The last year or so I haven’t had any bleeding after.
My last period was around the 16th/18th of December. However a couple
of days before this I had some bleeding after sex, and then went on to get my proper period a couple of days later.
The same has happened again today, however I haven’t started my period yet.
Other times in the month seem to be completely fine, it just seems to be around the time my period is due to start.
is it normal for this to happen?
