Could this be a chemical?

Have had both of these results this morning, I track my periods, and going on my dates I would be 5 weeks today, however the digital is only showing 2 to 3 weeks. Could this be a chemical? My period is 7 days late, and I've had cramps all week, including this morning, so assumed AF was coming.
I know nobody can say for certain, just in such utter shock if I'm honest, DH haven't been actively trying but not being careful. Just confused with the weeks 🫤

No the 2-3 is since you conceived, not how many weeks pregnant (I don’t know why they do this??!)

so if you’re 5 weeks pregnant - meaning 5 weeks since last period then 2-3 is exactly right :) :) because you actually conceived 2-3 weeks ago
