TTC - best methods?

Has anyone found anything they thought was particularly useful TTC?

currently just been treated for low iron, so this is my second cycle since trying again.

anyone have any suggestions - on ferrous sulphate currently having levels checked next week.

Sex every other day during ovulation, (no masturbating from the male inbetween) good luck

Cycle tracking really helped when we were trying to conceive. We used natural cycles app after I was recommended it by a friend (she currently has 3 babies using it) and I got pregnant the second month each time we tried, unfortunately one of those ended in miscarriage but we now have a 3 month old baby which we feel so blessed to have! I recommended it to my sister in law when she was trying too and now has a 6 month old. I felt like it got to know my cycle very accurately which help when we were trying, then afterwards it's been a lifesaver when trying to work out my cycle which has really changed since giving birth and now we use it to prevent pregnancy!

Other than that both myself and husband took multivitamins which we think helped as well, we still take them after having our baby!

I went to see Michael Buble in concert. 🤩👌🏻😘

I used LH strips to try and pinpoint ovulation (turns out I was ovulating later than average) We had sex every other day in fertile period and three days in a row from peak LH reading and used pre-seed lube.

We were lucky enough to fall pregnant with our DDs 1st cycle and 4th cycle trying each time, but I have no way of knowing if that was just luck or these things helped.

I'm now in the TWW first cycle trying for number three!!

Remember even with doing everything 'perfectly' it's just a game of luck unfortunately

LH strips. My cycles were irregular before baby 1 and I ovulated later than the Flo app suggested. Also regular sex from around day 8 of my cycle
