Boots early detection tests!

Hi ladies!!
tested this afternoon with a boots test (pics attached!) one of the early detection! This came up after a few mins- 11DPO.

Tested after a 4 hour hold again this evening with a clear blue early detection (digi) and another boots early detection test & both negative!! Helppppp the one this afternoon was so convincing!!

I KNOWWWW you’re all going to say ‘just wait’, but humour an excited mama please :-)

I can see the line, but it looks like it’s offset from where it should be which makes me think it’s possibly an indent. It seems too far left compared to where the line is on the right x

That’s what I thought too!! A very convincing indent!!

I’ve not used these but generally the test area should be symmetrical so it should be the same distance from the edge as the Control.
test in the morning and update!

11dpo is still early. I had nothing til 13dpo

Positive or negative you'd have to test again because the results aren't reliable at this stage.

But to humour you, looks like a faint positive

I had a very faint line too with the boots test. When I retested with Sainsbury's own brand and clearblue, both came back completely negative.

When I looked into boots test, their website is full of other women who have had a false positive. You can see my faint line on the boots test in my post "Implantation Dip? Vvvvf line?". My period came the next day unfortunately.

Hopefully it will be positive for you, just use any other brand than Boots to avoid the confusion! Wishing you luck x

FRER tests are the best at this point!! See if you can get one of those. Good luck x

I think they must have been an indent line! Another faint line this morning but again, no darker!! I’ve ordered some FR as you can’t get them in stores here and will update! Can you guys even see a line today?!

I hate to say it but I had many, many lines like these from this particular test that turned out to be negative.

Please ditch these tests- they are awful. It doesn’t mean it won’t turn positive, but I would use literally any other brand.
