Recurrent chemical pregnancies

Hi

Looking for some advice please to see if anyone else has been in a similar situation.

Me and my husband have been ttc baby number 2 since July. In that time I’ve had 3 chemical pregnancies - I start testing around 10dpo and get very faint lines followed by my period a few days later.

For some background, we have a 16 month old daughter who took 11 cycles to conceive and in that time we didn’t have a single chemical pregnancy so I’m just so confused as to why this might be happening now. It seems like I have no issue getting pregnant but for some reason it’s not sticking.

My cycles are very regular and periods are normal. Had a scan of my womb done last month and all looked ok with my lining etc. I had a c section with my daughter and I’m wondering has this affected something.

I’m going to book in for day 21 bloods when I get my next period to check progesterone. Has anyone else been in a similar situation and can offer any hope or advice, I’d be super grateful. Thank you.

Are you sure the tests arent faulty? Some brands do have evap lines and can be really bad for false positives.

I’ve had lines on multiple different brands of tests unfortunately, including a ‘pregnant’ on an early digital test so it’s definitely not due to faulty tests :(

There is a clinic that specialises in recurrent miscarriage and helping women get pregnant but it is spenny. I think the EPU can help as well after you’ve had a certain amount of miscarriages too
