Clear Blue Advanced Ovulation confusion

Hello, I’m currently on CD16 of a medicated / monitored cycle for the past 5 days I have had a flashing smiley on my clear blue ovulation tracker. On CD 12 (Monday) I had a scan that showed I had 2 follicles, one 16mm and one 20mm. But today the test has shown low fertility and I haven’t had a positive cheap OPK either.

Is there a chance I’ve ovulated and possibly missed it?

(I would ask my dr but they aren’t answering the phone)

Hi OP, it’s hard to say exactly, it may be that you missed the peak and now the low result is because you have ovulated, or it could be that your body was attempting to ovulate but didn’t. Do you only do the one test in the morning?
For an example for me this month, I had a flashing smiley CD 10, 11 and 12, when I get a flashing smiley I then test again in the evening, so when I did on CD 12, I got my peak and then once the static smiley had gone away after the 48 hours I done another test and it showed the low fertility sign, the only true way of knowing if you have ovulated would be to have your progesterone checked, is this something you could do?
What have your cheaper OPK’s been like?

@SunshineAndRainbow37Thank you so much for replying! Turns out my clear blue tracker was broken, I literally got a flashing smiley with water 😤 I have my progesterone blood test tomorrow so I’m just going to try and relax to enjoy Christmas until the results come back

Aw that’s super frustrating! Are you able to get an exchange or something for it, because those tests are not cheap! Good that you’ve got your progesterone test booked in.
