Hi! Is anyone else currently in or going into their TWW?
I’m on cycle 7 of TTC, CD 15 and 2DPO.
hopefully this TWW flies by with the business of Christmas😅

Morning everyone and Happy Christmas Eve!🎄

Are many of you symptom spotting? I promised myself I wouldn’t, but every niggle and twinge I’m like “ohhhhh could it be”🤣 I’m only 7 DPO, so just taking everything with a pinch of salt

Hope you all have a lovely Christmas Eve!💖

I wasn’t symptom spotting until I read this and now my boobs are sore again…! Keeping very busy on food prep duties so hopefully keeping myself distracted for a good while.

lepoissonM · 24/12/2025 13:50

I’m out- cramping and spotting with my usual pre AF routine. I feel quite disappointed. I really thought this would be our month. Now going into cycle 6 which also feels like a milestone I really didn’t think I would reach. I know it’s not the longest but it feels like a lot right now.

Marvelftw · 24/12/2025 14:32

I’m not really symptom spotting this cycle. Firstly I’ve kept a log of all my symptoms since I started ttc again and I’ve pretty much had every single one every which way and my period still comes so I just take it for what it is now! Secondly I’ve started progesterone this cycle so I feel like anything that happens would be as a result of an increase in that

Oh, it’s so difficult isn’t it😔 how many DPO are you? And how long are your cycles normally?
sending you lots of love💖

@SunshineAndRainbow37 I’m somewhere around 7-8 DPO, CD22. I usually have 27 day cycles and start spotting on day 22 so textbook month here!

cobalt123 · 26/12/2025 08:56

Happy Boxing Day everyone. Hope you had a lovely day yesterday. We had quite the surprise. I tried to do a test in the morning (10dpo) but peed in the wrong place like an numpty and it didn’t work. Think I flooded it. We had people round in the middle of the day so I did another in the afternoon once they’d all gone. Complete BFP!

cobalt123 · 26/12/2025 09:00

I know this is a really difficult time of year for many for many reasons so I didn’t want to post yesterday and thought twice about it today. Hope we get some more BFPs on the thread in the coming days. Sending baby dust for you all. The top two are yesterday and the bottom is today (11dpo). Can’t believe it! 🥹😭🥰

Congratulations to both of you! Did either of you test before this? I caved and tested on 8dpo and there was nothing there. It's made me feel really sad but I know it was very early. Don't know why we do it to ourselves early! The urge just comes over me! Congratulations again!!!!

cobalt123 · 26/12/2025 11:34

@90yomakeuproomi held off till 10dpo. Sorry to hear it was negative so far for you but as you say it’s still very early. 🤞

lepoissonM · 26/12/2025 18:41

Congratulations @cobalt123 lovely Christmas news!

I need someone to talk me down please. Spotting has stopped and my boobs still feel very sore and full BUT THIS IS NORMAL IN MY CYCLE JUST BEFORE MY PERIOD. But still I hope… But I know I'm just going to be disappointed. AF is due on Monday. I just need to accept this!

SausageRoll90 · 26/12/2025 20:08

Merry Christmas all. Hope it's ok to join a bit late in the day. Just started TTC #2 and currently 9dpo on cycle 1.

My story with my son is so similar to yours
@SunshineAndRainbow37. I also was found to have antiphospholipid syndrome/ sticky blood after 3 consecutive losses between 2019-21. The first was an early loss at 5-6weeks, the 2nd was a MMC at 13weeks and the 3rd was a MMC at 12 weeks (the latter two both had heartbeats at 7-8week scans). I was referred to the miscarriage clinic and had all the tests like yourself. We took a break TTC for my MH then we got our 4th BFP in Oct 22 and had our Son in summer 2023. I had blood thinners and 150mg aspirin for that successful pregnancy.
I'm nervous to start the TTC again with my history of losses but optimistic that the treatment plan will work for another pregnancy 🤞🏻

@cobalt123 Congratulations! What clear tests for 10dpo and 11dpo.

I said I wouldn't test early and would chill as much as possible for now especially as i've never had a positive test before 10dpo.... however I have already tested the last 2 mornings at 8/9dpo 🤣🙈 obviously stark white. Honestly this journey is wild!

SausageRoll90 · 27/12/2025 12:05

Well it was a short visit here from me. Af arrived this morning 😔 only 10dpo today so thinking I want to look for some help with my Luteal phase/ progesterone. Anyone got any experience of getting support with this? X

SunshineAndRainbow37 · 27/12/2025 13:39

@cobalt123 congratulations! So happy for you✨

@lepoissonM how are you getting on today?

@SausageRoll90 I’m so sorry to hear about everything you have been through and how your cycle has now came so early. Has this happened before? The cycle I had beginning of December was only 23 days, which for me is super short as I normally have 29-31 cycle, I’m still under my recurrent miscarriage fertility clinic and I had a follow up with them a couple of weeks ago with worries about my cycles and my ovulation, but I’m going to monitor a bit more and having a hycosy next month and give my thyroid time to get to the level it needs to be before I look into medication. Could you maybe get in touch with them about things? I just emailed them and they called me and said they would book an appointment in with a consultant to talk about my options, they might be able to offer something similar for you? Every area is different with the NHS fertility clinics, mine won’t give me progesterone until it is confirmed a pregnancy is in the correct place, but I see others mention that they get progesterone even before a positive test, no harm in checking with your fertility clinic though. Hope you’re ok and sending lots of love x

Travelling home today @SunshineAndRainbow37 but it’s not enough to keep me distracted ! My boobs are still super sore. I might test tomorrow just to see (AF due Monday) because I can’t stop hoping…

Chocolatecustardcreamsrule · 27/12/2025 16:07

@cobalt123 congratulations! How lovely on Christmas too

@SausageRoll90 so sorry to hear that. Have you tried asking for a referral from your GP? Mine was quite receptive and emailed specialists for advice when I asked him questions he didn’t know. Mine was reoccurring early losses rather than progesterone but I wonder if they would prescribe in the meantime.

@lepoissonM let us know how you get on! Fingers crossed for you. Sore boobs are the first sign I get!

Im still not having any symptoms at all. Feeling impatient though I hate the wait.

SausageRoll90 · 27/12/2025 17:58

@SunshineAndRainbow37 well because the miscarriage clinic was such a long time ago so I don't think that's an option but I was under the consultant during my pregnancy with my son and she's already agreed to support me with aspirin and blood thinners injections whenever I am pregnant again so i think messaging her would be an option. Although technically I'm not referred to her, I know her also through work as I work in the NHS so she's very much happy to "look after one of her own" so I might use that to my advantage.

@Chocolatecustardcreamsrule that's really reassuring to hear your GP was receptive. I may go back to to the GP too about it...

So with my cycles @SunshineAndRainbow37 it's been a long process to get to this stage tbh. We knew we wanted to start TTC in 2026 so I started looking at things early because my cycles were always long. Pre baby 31-45 day cycles were quite normal with a LP of about 11-12days but since having my son they have been quite erratic with some cycles being 60odd days long. I also had some other symptoms so I went to the GP and ended up getting a PCOS diagnosis. I was relieved to have it tbh as it explained alot. With that I changed my diet, added a supplement regime and decided to give myself 6months on the jabs which was amazing and helped me get to my 3st weight loss target. I came off it then in October and I'm managing to maintain 2.5st loss. With all that my cycles shortened to 29-34days. It was during that stage that I realised, while my cycle was shorter/better, i was actually getting a 7-8day LP which is crap for TTC. So did research and added some more supplements and now it's 9-10days (but more often 9days) and I can't seem to get it any better.

Also this is my 2nd cycle on Metformin for the PCOS and ovulation support, and the shortest cycle I've had in years at 27 days (ovulation on cd18) So now my last 4 cycles have been 27-31days👍🏻 with short luteal phase 👎🏻

Long story sorry - well done if you got to the end 🙈🤣

lepoissonM · 28/12/2025 07:38

BFN this morning so definitely just overthinking and symptom spotting! Just need AF to start now.

J1234H · 28/12/2025 17:14

So had the faintest positive on clear blue ultra early yesterday fmu. And negative easy at home. I’ve just done an easy at home with my evening pee and I’ve had this 🫣🤞🏽praying it sticks

@SausageRoll90 sorry for the late response, I didn’t get a notification about your reply!
that’s good to hear that your consultant may still be able to support you through things!
It’s always a relief when there’s a diagnosis instead of just feeling in limbo and it being a what if situation, at least with a diagnosis you know your options of what you can do, to better the situation
Well done on the weight loss! I’ve seen so many positives about the jabs with fertility, especially in women with PCOS.
What supplements are you taking? It’s a plus that you’ve managed to prolong, so you should feel proud about that😊

I’d definitely speak with your GP or give your fertility clinic a call as they should still have everything on file and they might be able to suggest or offer some help or further testing.
How is this months cycle coming along for you?

@lepoissonM I’m so sorry to hear that😔 sending big hugs!x

@J1234H congratulations! Looks good to me! How many DPO are you?

I believe I’m about 11dpo. Period is due in 4 days. This is the first month I’ve not tracked my ovulation and just trusted the process! Im
praying it makes it. How are you?

SunshineAndRainbow37 · 29/12/2025 14:14

@J1234H it’s so hard not to worry and panic isn’t it? I’ve been the same each time, constantly worrying and testing, this cycle i’m doing meditation though and only allowing myself to do one test a day, but only comparing tests that are 48 hours apart

I’m good! I can’t be sure when I ovulated I had my peak on an evening so I’m either 12, 11 for 10DPO. I had a faint positive on Saturday afternoon, got darker yesterday and darker again today, I’ve had a bit of cramp pains, but just mild, had a few waves of nausea, I feel starving 24/7, boobs are really sore and keep getting headaches and feel so exhausted haha, but I welcome it all with open arms so I’m not even complaining!

I’m the same felt sick and awful headaches. I’m always tired anyway so nothing new there haha. I’m holding out until I’m about a week late for a digital one! Praying for that 2-3 weeks
