Ovulation advice

Hi got my first surge line today, finally! Now does this mean im ovulating now? or im going ovulate in next few days? was no line yesterday.. thanks

Not sure but.......get off of the computer and get baby dancing....now!!

Firstly, the surge is only an indicator of ovulation and not a guarantee. Women can have more than one surge each cycle, or can have positive OPK's for much of the cycle with no clear surge. Also, many women never detect the surge at all, despite ovulating normally.

Right...just had to make that clear!!

Your surge could last a few hours or a few days, and ovulation can happen up to 24-48 hours after the surge.

So go and have sex (please don't baby-dance ) and keep having sex until about 2-3 days afetr you no longer get a positive OPK!
