Hi all,

I am reaching out for some clarity as I have been TTC for almost 11 months. I am 35, with DOR (0.56) My cycles are very regular, usually 28 days and I track using an Oura ring.

It appears that my BBT has dropped. I had really high hopes this month as I am now with a specialist, they advised using a cathator, due to Vaginismus. I haven’t yet taken an HCG test but I plan to tomorrow, if AF does not arrive. I can’t say I feel any symptoms, besides tiredness. 😔

Any advice is appreciated. x

I'm sorry, that looks like a decent drop on the chart (assuming you are using a thermometer with two decimal places and not just the ring). I'd expect your period to turn up today or tomorrow. X
