Are these tests positive?

I’m not hoping for pregnancy so you don’t need to try and be kind and give me “hope” if you think these are negative. Both done this evening and faint line appeared immediately however it doesn’t really make sense as I’m only 12 days post ovulation and 10 days post unprotected sex.

I’d say so but I’d do one first thing to double check.

Yes, sperm can live up to 7 days! So if you had sex or any type of intimacy (not necessarily sex) there could have been a rogue one.

What contraception do you use? Nothing is 100% and you can get pregnant at any time in your cycle, not just ovulation. You may have ovulated twice without knowing

In my opinion I wouldn’t trust those tests as positive. Yes there’s a mark where the line should be, but they don’t look solid (don’t seem to run all the way top to bottom) and look a bit grey. It looks like a smudge rather than a good line. I’m not saying it’s definitely not, but I’d get another brand to check. Don’t use clearblue unless it’s a digital one. Find a digital one that’s got a sensitivity of 10miu and use that with first morning urine tomorrow.
