Ttc after minipill

Hi, I’m trying to conceive after stopping my minipill only 11’days ago. I’ve already got a DD age 5 and fell within a couple of days of stopping last time. I’ve tested already because I’m incredibly impatient but BFN and need some stories of people that have conceived after the mini pill. I’ve not had a bleed since stopping which I would if I accidentally missed one and my boobs are veiny and lots more CM but I’m scared to get my hopes up.

Hey! I am just starting this journey after 18 years on the pill, around half of that time on the mini pill. I’ve found that I’ve had a bleed after 4-5 days off pill and then done an ovulation test with peak fertility at 10-12 days after stopping pill.

Apologies if you already have knowledge of what happens when in a cycle, admittedly, it’s all very new to me after years of not thinking about it! I’ve been doing some research to help me understand what’s happening, implantation happens in the luteal phase around 8-10 days after ovulation. With that timing in mind, I wonder if it’s too early to do a pregnancy test and maybe you would need to wait a few more days, or try ovulation tests to check for fertile window?

Hi! So you had a bleed after the minipill as I’ve been reading mixed things about whether we would get one or not. I’m taking the fact I’ve had no bleed as a good sign but then if I keep getting BFN I’d rather have one so that I can track a cycle. I’m fully in the testing zone so as soon as it is there I’ll know 😂 I have no idea if I’ve ovulated or not or where in a cycle I would be I just know it’s been 11 days, no bleed, lots of doing the deed and suddenly more cm today!

So I had the withdrawal bleed, the following week ovulated, then a week and a half later had another bleed (not sure if proper period as it’s been very light) so I might still be waiting for my period. I think it can vary so much.

I googled CM changes, there’s diagrams online to show what types you get and when in cycle you get them. I didn’t have a clue before but was amazed how much it could change. Lots of clear CM during fertile window for me.

I think I’m just gonna have to learn some patience and wait a week again before testing. Everytime I check I’m just disappointing myself! Think it’s odd I’ve had no bleed yet though so hoping that’s a good sign 🤞🏼

How did you get on?

No luck yet but did finally have a period so now watching for my ovulation days 🤞🏼
