Aspirin

Has anyone taken aspirin while trying to get pregnant, did it help. Thanks xx

@Kkk17 is there a specific reason you're considering trying it? I think it's really hard to pin down anything super specific that helps any one person unless you have been told you have "sticky blood" in which case aspirin is the recommended course of treatment. I had 3 back to back MCs, including an MMC and was referred to recurrent MC clinic and Tommy's but whilst I was waiting, I started doing things to help egg quality (like diet, exercise, supplements and COQ10), I also started taking low dose aspirin as heard it can help and was in the "nothing hurts" camp and am now 27 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy (which happened before my clinic referrals came through). I honestly couldn't say what did and didn't help but my midwife did say that it's widely known how beneficial aspirin is in general for pregnancy including increasing blood flow to your uterus and baby once actually pregnant.

I'm personally in the camp of "it doesn't hurt so why not try" but again, depends on your situation.

Mummyv2021 yes I had a miscarriage and I think I've got amdeymosis so was thinking aspirin may help with that , I'm also taking supplements x
