looking for advice/ previous experiences. I have been on the depo injection for just over 5 years, and had my last injection in August. I usually get them every 12 weeks so this ran out mid November, with the 14 weeks ending this last week.
I have started to take Pregnacare proceive supplements and have just ordered wild nutrition fertility as they’re better rated.
can anyone tell me about their experiences coming off the depo shot as to how long it took you to ovulate/ get pregnant or a normal cycle?
I’ve read anything from 3-12 months so just wanted to gauge different experiences!
