Hi everyone! Wondering if I could get some help.. does this BBT chart look like I ovulated on day 11? It’s super early for me - I’m usually about a week later and hadn’t been tracking my BBT before then for that reason. But I have been travelling a bit to a different timezone (Asia) so wondering if that brought my ovulation earlier?
any help would be so appreciated as I need to take medication post ovulation! Thank you!
