Ovulation Testing - when to test?

Hi,

I've never used ovulation test strips before so this is all new to me, I'm using both Flo and Premom to track my periods and both are suggesting I'd be ovulating 5th to 10th Dec with 10th being my peak day. So would I need to start testing from tomorrow or should I have already started?

Any advice would be fab xx

So the first time you use them it's worth testing from day 8 or 9 of your cycle. Once you've learnt sort of when your ovulation is, then you can test a bit later 🙂

Definitely start now, and test twice a day (morning and evening). It's very easy to miss your peak if you have a fast LH rise if you only test once a day.

Brilliant thank you, is there any specific brands you recommend at the moment I just have some boots own brand ones?

I used the easy@home ones on Amazon, along with the free version of the premom app. Got pregnant on three of the four cycles I tracked so worked well for me! Best of luck!
