Boots pregnancy tests

Hi everyone

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of indent lines on boots strip tests? I tested early (3days before my period) and got the below result within the 5 mins. This was at midnight so not the best time either. I did it again the next day but it didn’t get darker, I just got the same result!

HCG takes 48hrs+ to double, so you likely won't see a difference day to day, especially in the early days. Give it 48hrs if you want to test again (or use a different test), but those look positive to me.

They both look positive. HCG takes 48-72 hours to double. When going from an early HCG of maybe 5 or 6... it could take 2 days to hit 10/12 so you definitely wouldn't see a big change for a few days.

I'd leave the testing until Sunday morning if possible and you should see a notable difference

Thanks both! I am too impatient and ended up taking an early detection test later that morning. Another faint line but I’d imagine that it could be because it’s not first morning!

I will wait until Sunday and go again with a digital!

For that type of test that line isn't actually that faint,they always look a bit washed out!

The clear blue isn't faint.
