Timing BD before ovulation, what worked for you?

Hi all,

Question for those who have conceived, when did you BD in the lead up to ovulation? Particularly when you're fairly confident when ovulation occurs!

This time for us was 2 days before and I tracked and recorded everything. It was the only time we bd that week

Ovulation day, it was the only day we BD that week as well. My understanding is the best chances are 2 days before ovulation through to the day after. Depending how active you are you could try all 4 for good coverage?

I’ve conceived 3 pregnancies- each by BD 1 day before ovulation and then not doing it on OD at all. Don’t know if that means anything, but CD12 (I.e. 1 day before ovulation for me) seems to be the perfect time for my body 😅

Currently pregnant and this pregnancy was conceived first try by doing it the day of positive ovulation test and the day after. I only seem to conceive when I do it at night and don’t get up for a wee straight after,
so I think the laying down for hours after helps (sorry if this is bad advice health/hygiene wise!)
