Cycle changes after pregnancy

Hi all, my DD1 has just turned 1 so we are just starting TTC for #2 and was wondering if other peoples periods took a while to regulate after pregnancy/breastfeeding.
My period came back about 10months postpartum when I stopped breastfeeding as I went back to work. Before being pregnant my periods were long but very regular, always 39 days and always ovulated on day 26. Since I’ve had my periods back my cycles have been 32 and 30 with the last one only having an 11 day luteal phase. I’ve just ovulated early in my next cycle, which looks like it will be 27 days if I have another 11 day luteal phase. Just a bit concerned that my cycle is so much shorter and also irregular, have other people experienced this after pregnancy?

I've had the opposite. My period only came back at 14 months post partum. Historically I've had a 28/29 day cycle, ovulate on day 15. The first few months cycles were up to 40 days and I didn't catch ovulation. 3rd month was about 32 days I think and then 4th month was back to 28! Then I got pregnant so obviously just needed my cycle to normalise.

Thanks for your response and congrats on getting pregnant! Mine seem to be getting further away from my norm each month but hopefully it is just taking a few months to regulate like yours did.
