Is this a chemical? (Pics) Two consecutive miscarriages?

Hi all :) I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks on the 7th of October. We tried again immediately and amazingly I got a positive tests on the 5th of this month (after testing negative from my miscarriage a few weeks before). I’ve taken a test the following day, and then on the 8th which was much darker and I was so happy, but I’ve tested again today and to me it seems undeniably lighter. To those who’ve experienced very early losses or chemical pregnancies, does this look like your experience? I’m feeling horrendous to be honest that I’ve not only had another miscarriage but
it’s IMMEDIATELY following my previous.
Thank you to anyone who reads this.

This is my experience with those tests. The 2 orange tests together were 9 and 10dpo, the orange and yellow test was the next day at 11dpo and the last one was at 16dpo a whole week after getting the first hint of a positive x

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Unfortunately when I have had my chemicals the lines have looked like that, but I'm hoping that it's not the case for you.

I had a missed miscarriage of twins in June/July, which required surgery in August, then had chemicals both cycles immediately after that (positive tests which then faded and my period was 2 and 5 days late). I'm now pregnant again with strong lines at 16dpo so know what a nerve wracking time this can be.

@PBandJellySandwichThank you for the heads up about your chemicals looking like this. I’m so sorry to hear of your losses but I’m wishing you all the best for your current pregnancy! ❤️

I’ve had this when I’ve had successful pregnancies as well as unsuccessful. Honestly with these tests I think so much depends on how much dye is in the batch. Sure more hormone grabs more dye but actually if there isn’t a lot of dye in a batch then the line will never get that dark. It’s not an exact science (the colour of the line) so it’s hard to really know based on them.
