Help with OPK tests

Hello,

On cycle 4 TTC and have the below OPK tests which don’t seem to go above 0.9 this month.

What’s confusing me is I noticed a change in my CM yesterday afternoon to going more sticky (sorry TMI) but the app is picking up my peak as today which means I may not have even ovulated yet, but levels have dropped suddenly already tonight, am I more likely to have already ovulated based this and on CM change?!

Only managed to DTD CD10 and last night CD14 so thinking I may have ‘missed the boat’ this month.

CD 14 sex is in with a decent shout. I never found CM a reliable indicator for me, but finding an LH peak got me pregnant on three of the four months I tried. Good luck.

I wouldn’t worry too much about the numbers the app gives you - your tests show a clear surge and positive which is looking like your peak :-)

Although there is a lot of focus on “peak” From what Ive read the initial rise or “surge” of LH on tests shows ovulation is 24-36 hours away for a lot of people (your rise looks like starts on CD14)

CM changes back to thicker can be an indicator you’re ovulating/already ovulated. There are some studies which show a large proportion of woman have already ovulated by the time they get their LH peak on a urine test as takes time for body to process - this is why trying on the days leading up to LH peak is so important. Saying that there are also some women who say they dont ovulate until 1-2 days after peak (mission impossible!)

From the looks of your tests CD 14 will have been peak fertility 🙂 if no luck this month and you peak around the same time every month its best starting a few days before that and 1 day after to make sure youve covered every possibility

Good luck 💕

Thank you both for replying!
Forgot to mention yesterday CD15 I had a slightly dull ache in that area / almost a heaviness feeling which I noticed the month before around ovulation too. But I know that can also happen before, during or after ovulation!
