I just wondered if this has happened to anyone?

Yes inasmuch as if you’re malnourished your cycle might not work optimally and taking vitamins can help resolve that. Vitamin D in particular is important for your cycle and most people are deficient to some extent in the UK in the less sunny half of the year.

Yes - I found in particular that my cycle changed when taking Seven Seas pre-natal vitamins but not other ones weirdly. It’s a few years ago but I assumed was to do with certain vitamins lengthening the luteal phase.

Correlation is not causation

@danii95 yes!
First cycle of taking pregnacare my cycle (normally 27-29 days) was 42 days long 🙃 and second 36 lots of stories online about this happening to some people
for me it just delayed ovulation rather than extend luteal phase

From what I’ve read this settles after a few months but I didn't want to wait so started supplements separately and things went back to normal immediately

Good luck 🌺

This is exactly what’s happening to me!! I’ve done the same, just come off them and taking folic acid and vitamin d separately! Thank you ❤️
