Hi all,

It's my first month TTC - in the past I've had very irregular cycles (PCOS) but after losing 9st my cycle seems to be becoming more regular so we decided to see what happened.
Been tracking using OPKs this month and didn't get a 'high' or 'peak'. However did get a higher reading around day 20/21 compared to the other days. The other days are generally under 0.2 but on these days I got a reading of 0.64 as the highest.
Anyone else had similar or been at this longer who can offer any advice on likeliness that ovulation happened around this time?
I've learned to add temperature tracking on for next cycle but just after some similar stories. 😊

Well done on your weight loss! There's not an obvious peak there you're right, but also you haven't tested in the morning so you could easily have missed it. I tested when I got up and around 7pm. For me LH was often highest in the morning (despite it being said it's highest at night). Good luck!

Thank you @Sillysoggyspaniel

That's really interesting about a morning test. I hadn't heard of morning showing a peak before will definitely try that next time!

OP did you start testing on CD19? Or before?

I started on cd12 all the tests before the ones you can see above were between 0 and 0.2!

It looks to me as though you likely had your peak earlier on Oct 21st, so probably ovulated on the 22nd. Ive been told before that everyone surge looks a little different, so might not always be above 1.0 and may have more of a flattened "peak". Hopefully once you've tracked for a couple of cycles you wee a clear pattern, and congrats on your weight loss!
