I had a miscarriage a month ago and whilst reading up I noticed a couple posts about MTHFR.
In the past I’ve been diagnosed with low folate a couple of times and taken folic acid to correct it. I’m not sure whether this means I may have MTHFR but it seems as if switching to a non-synthetic folic acid can’t hurt? I currently take a Bassetts pregnancy vitamin.
Can anyone recommend good brands please? And should I be taking it alongside other vitamins?
