Will I ever get a peak?

Cycle 3, cycle day 12, according to Premom I’m in my fertile window. Light ovulation pains on and off especially on my right side. Had a little amount of ewcm a couple of days again but since has been a lot of watery/slippery cm still with cramps. LH tests are still light (on Premom 0.17 this morning), I’m just so confused. Is this normal not to find a peak because I didn’t last month at all unless I missed it

How long is your cycle usually?
Day 12 is still quite early. A typical 28-30 day cycle would see average ovulation between days 14-16

@BudgetBuster its average 31 days. App says my ovulation day is in 2 days but obviously it’s just a prediction so I’ve been testing in my predicted fertile window and will a day or two after to see. I always said I wouldn’t stress about ttc but here I am😂

Yeah you need to test for a good solid few days before and after the prediction.
31 days I'd be expecting a peak around 15-17.

When in the day are you testing? I’d recommend getting cheap strips and testing in the afternoon/evening every day from day 7 onwards, you won’t necessarily ovulate right in the middle of your cycle. I have a text book, very regular 28 day cycle but have ovulated as early as day 13 and as late as day 18. Don’t test in in the morning, LH is higher later in the day. When you start to see a line testing a couple of time a day is a good idea, your peak can be literally a couple of hours.

Similar situation here OP. I couldn’t seem to find a peak using the strips the last few months so splashed out on the clear blue digital smiley face tests and still haven’t found a peak by day 12 this month. I usually have 24/25 day cycles so starting to panic by this point.

Either I’m doing it all completely wrong or I’m not ovulating? I don’t really know what it means. I have read about short surges but it’s all fairly new to me.
