Spotting

Im currently 4 weeks 2 days, I’ve had 6 MC and 1 successful pregnancy 5 years ago. I’ve just had the tiniest bit of pink in my cm and my brain is going straight to the worst. I’ve been so crampy all evening which I know is super common. I’ve got alot of symptoms but I am taking progesterone so it’s to be expected. Pic included.

Gently, I think it's strong to even call that spotting.

@Finsburyfancy I do appreciate that, my last MC in March I had a tiny little bit like that then the next morning was full blown heavy. I’m mostly worrying about the cramps now too 😢 I’ve just taken some paracetamol to help with the pain and try to calm my nerves but I don’t think it’s good news

I really hope it's nothing. I do get the anxiety... After my miscarriage I checked every wipe for blood, and I still do now when I'm not even pregnant! It's traumatising. Fingers crossed for you.
