Help I’m 39 and AMF 0.48 AFC 4

So I guess I’m looking for hope but realistic expectations. We’ve been trying to conceive for over 2 years so recently exploring the idea of IVF. I’m approaching 39 and my AMH level is only at .48 and AFC is 4 so was wondering if anyone else has managed to conceive at similar levels either naturally or through IVF. I would be so grateful to hear your experiences. Thankyou

I’ve definitely seen people have success with that through IVF and naturally on these boards. Remember it only takes one egg! My AFC was pretty low and I still managed to get 3 embryos from 4 eggs. I miscarried the only one that took, but that’s irrelevant to the embryo bit.
