Those weird white bumps you get on your nipples

Sorry for such a minging title but was wondering if anyone can reassure me that they can just appear randomly, googling just brings up links to pregnancy or breast cancer .

I swear my nipples do look like they did in prev pregnancies, repeats mantra

I did have a look but it's just bringing up randomness, I had them in both pregnancies but the pretty much shrunk/disappeared in between. I'm only asking now as I had a bit af a duncey moment earlier in the month and my nipples do look bigger and the white tubercles have reappeared. I'm probably just being paranoid, I'm sure AF will arrive.
