Period is a week late

I’ve taken two of the cheap one step tests over the last 48 hours and they’ve been negative so it seems like pregnancy is unlikely right? I’m still breastfeeding my youngest too who is 14 months old. My periods have been back the last 5 months and have been 27/28 day cycles so this seems out of the ordinary.

Do I need to try a different brand of test? Or does pregnancy seem unlikely at this point?

You should have a blazing positive by now so I'd say it's just a weird month.

This is what I’m thinking! Maybe the more I’m thinking about it and stressing the more I’m unintentionally delaying it further!

Is your kid feeding a bit more? I found that my cycles were a bit longer if my boy was teething or sick and had a few extra feeds

Hormonal fluctuations or tiredness/stress affecting the cycle is way more likely

I think she possibly could be tbh! I hope this is what it is, we’re 3 and done. I think possibly I just need to relax and wait for it now.

I’m really hoping so. I’ll keep this thread updated. I feel super super ‘periody’ today so feel like it’s very imminent. Problem is I’ve sworn that for the last week 🥴
