Hello. I had surgery on the 28th of June 2025 to remove my ectopic pregnancy which resulted in tube removal so I now only have my right tube. Iv been trying since July for another baby iv been having regular periods and just hoping for the best but I haven’t fallen pregnant just yet. And as on this month Iv been tracking my ovulation I came off at the beginning of this month and I’m ovulating today so as you can imagine iv been trying. I’m hoping someone can shed some light as it’s breaking my heart now as I want another baby. Iv got sore boobs iv got cramping and iv read it can all be signs of successful ovulation weather I fall pregnant or not is a different story. Please shed som light :(
