7DPO symptoms help

I am TTC for first time
currently 7DPO (had positive peak OPK) last Saturday so assume I ovulated Sunday or possibly early Monday.
My BBT started to rise after ovulation and has remained sort of steady.

Today had another rise in BBT when I know implantation should show a dip if it occurs (should be around now? :( ) I guess this means implantation hasn’t occurred?

This cycle I have had no sore breasts or nipples at all which is unusual. Last month I thought I was pregnant as had incredibly sore nipples and loads of white milky CM throughout luteal phase but then got period on CD 26. I was
convinced it was my month!

I feel disappointed as it’s hard to time unprotected sex on the best days each month currently due to long distance between us and work…. But this cycle managed to DTD day before ovulation, peak day (clearblue peak) and probably day of ovulation too. But have no signs at all and the temperature rise today made me disheartened.

My only symptoms have been constipation and insomnia! Oh, and mood swings/saddness.

Any advice?

I've never seen an implantation dip so I wouldn't worry about that. BBT confirms ovulation and remains high if pregnant, other than that don't analyze too much.

Just test when you're about 12dpo or when your due on 👍

I’ll try not to pay attention to anything to much and just see in a few days :)

I've not tracked BBT but I've got pregnant 5 times and never had any symptoms at 7DPO! Earliest I've ever had symptoms was around 9/10 DPO with sore boobs. Nothing else really until missed period. Nausea for me always comes around 5-6 weeks.

can I ask if you’ve ever remembered implantation symptoms e.g bleeding?

@EmeraldPie nope, literally nothing! Always had to wait that little bit longer for any signs. Twice I missed my period before I had any other signs.

That’s so reassuring. I guess every cycle can be different too. This month is just confusing me as I have no sore boobs/nipples at all and last month I had them literally from ovulation until a day or so before period.
