My heart rate is not increasing. It’s remaining constant or today dropped by 2bpm.
Can anyone post theirs who have a BFP and their heart rate hasn’t increased?
I’m just so sad and stressed - I’m 10dpo today

Thanks xx

I'm pretty sure that's one of the most flawed metrics for determining early pregnancy. So find reassurance in that i guess.

Gently, sweetheart - you are going to do some serious damage to your mental health being this anxious and watching every symptom that appears or doesn’t appear. I have never even heard of heart rate increasing in early pregnancy.

This anxiety is bad for you and for the baby. I’m assuming you have had a positive pregnancy test? That’s not clear in your post.

Please go to your GP and tell them how you are feeling. Also mention to your midwife at your booking appointment - but go to your GP first as you have several weeks before you see a midwife.

All the best.

She hasn’t had a positive test. She’s been posting daily with tests etc but they are all negative.

OP, chances are you are not pregnant this month. I know it’s sad. How long have you been trying?

Literally this. I was frantic at 10dpo-11dpo trying to cling hope for the positive pregnancy test, but at 12dpo it’s not happening. Any anyone that does get positive with a sensitive test on 12dpo (after a previous day negative), I just come to realisation that the ovulation date is out by a day or two.

on to the next ey. 😞.
