9dpo positive opk?

Hello, my opk was positive yesterday at 9dpo so I did a test this morning 10dpo and it’s negative. My opk has also got a lot lighter today. I know I’m not pregnant but is there any reason for a random positive opk yesterday? I definitely ovulated 10 days ago as I track bbt.

Thank you. I didn’t know that as I have tracked my LH throughout my cycle for the last 11 months and never had a positive one before my period. You learn something new every day 😊
