Hi everyone,
I’m a bit early but I liked having people to chat to last cycle who were going through similar. It can feel isolating having nobody to talk to about it other than DH when it’s taking up your every thought.

CD5 for me today. Will start uploading LH strips to Premom from CD 10.

Going to try the ‘sperm meets egg’ method this month to see if a bit of structure helps.

I had what I thought was terrible period cramps, one evening while at the cinema. It was SO bad!
I was just waiting for my period to start after that for a couple of days, then when it didn't, I tested and it was positive. So, I think that was implantation, but I'll never really know. It was much more like period pain than like digestion/upset stomach cramp for me though.

Think I'm at a slightly different point to others but if anyone else is at the start of their cycle give me a shout (I'm CD2 trying again first time since we lost our little girl at 22 weeks pregnant start of September).

I decided to test this morning 🙄 I cannot help myself honestly 😑. I think I might see the faintest of lines at 9DPO but I could equally just be kidding myself 🤷🏻‍♀️ time will tell!

1dpo and I’m already over the tww. 😂

making the most of having sushi and wine this weekend in case anything shows next weekend.

@Moosey898sorry for your loss. I'm CD 2 today so similar to you, I'm going into my 5th cycle now TTC for my 1st baby. How about you?

Thank you. Sooo it's a long journey for me - 9 years since I first started trying (did have a 3 year gap in the middle), 4 missed miscarriages and then losing Ava start of September.

@Moosey898oh wow that's a long time! Fingers crossed for you 🤞 are you planning on doing any differently next cycle?

Nope haha I've tried every combination of any tricks/supplements you can think of! So I'm back to basics (which is actually what's worked for me to get pregnant) - folic acid, vitamin D and vitamin B12, ovulation testing and starting dtd from the first "high" reading on the clearblue ovulation tests.

Currently on 3dpo and hating the tww already. Anyone else in similar situ?

Yep, 2dpo! I have a million tests so I’ll be testing from Saturday.

i had the same concern about work do as work is v turbulent atm so was actually planning on having a single glass of wine and some good control pants. Luckily they’ve booked ours super early and on a date I’m busy so I’m free and clear whatever happens. Just any department lunch to get through but might have the single glass of wine if I feel worried about someone guessing.

I’m not sure when to test. I will try to hold out but I’m meant to be going out Saturday evening, so might test that morning.

my Christmas party is at a hotel that we’ve booked out the whole place. I might excuse myself to my room early if we do conceive this time. This is cycle 4 for us

@LaurLou22 any update? Have you tested again?
I had convinced myself it hadn’t worked this cycle but tested this morning (11/12dpo) and got my BFP! Had a vfl on wondfo so I used a FRER and it’s clearly positive. I can’t believe it :) praying this one sticks and that you’ll get yours too.

I am currently in dreaded TWW. We only dtd 3x this month during my fertile window so I’m not holding on to much hope! My partner is going for his semen analysis end of the month… hate waiting. This is cycle 8 for us.

Anyone else more towards the start of their cycle? I'm CD 5 now, impatiently waiting for CD 8 to start ovulation testing.

i feel your pain with the waiting game. 5 dpo here and now constantly overthinking my temp chart.

Try to do things to stop you thinking about it I say. I think trying to be as relaxed and positive as possible is 🔑

4dpo here so I’m about halfway through my wait to start testing. Got really bad cramps so I’m glad I’ve (over)researched everything and know it is just progesterone and won’t get my hopes up for anything.

I'm on day 20 of my cycle now, no idea if I've missed ovulation (negative opks so far), if it's coming soon, or what's going on!!
My longest cycle recently has been 28 days so ovulation now would be pretty late. First cycle tracking ovulation and ttc (no 2), I forgot how much it all gets in your head.

Hope the 2ww goes quickly for everyone currently in it, and fingers crossed!

8dpo today and had a dull lower back pain for two days, although it might have been because of dd as I've been struggling to put her to sleep the last few days and I had to walk around with her a lot 😂it also made me really stressed out this tww and the stress made me more stressed that I won't be able to conceive due to the stress😂wanted to test today, but I missed the opportunity for fmu so I'll try on the weekend
Felt so positive about this cycle until the last week or so because I've felt so tired due to sleeping badly 😞
