Should I be worried?

I had a miscarriage exactly one month ago today on 18th August - I wasn’t very far along at all maybe 6 weeks or less. EPU confirmed miscarriage a few days later via internal ultrasound and repeated blood tests to ensure my HCG levels were falling.

My last blood test was 2 weeks ago and level was 2 which they confirmed meant negative, I also did a cheap strip test which was negative.

We dtd unprotected only twice since that, between then and now. I’ve been feeling low and not up to it at all and part of me was thinking I don’t even want to try again for fear of another miscarriage.

Today, I did two cheap tests, no real reason why, no symptoms etc and they both came up positive very quickly, not faint lines. I then couldn’t help but do a digital which said 1-2weeks.

I phoned the EPU to explain and they want to do a blood test, they think it’s too early for it to show positive… they want to check the levels are still falling. I’ve read you absolutely can fall pregnant this quickly after…

what is happening? And should I be worried? If they think it’s not possible?

Could absolutely be another pregnancy if you ovulated in the meantime and had sex around your fertile week. If they're offering you a blood test then do that to check.
