I’m currently 1dpo, trying for #2.
Just wondered if anyone else was around the same time and wanted to keep each other company 😊

Hey! I am currently 1dpo I think. I have quite short cycles though so my period is due in 9/10 days

I’m now 4dpo and AF is around the 22nd/23rd. My LP is usually around the same length as yours though so thinking AF could be earlier. Hard to know, our bodies do what they feel like lol. Have you been ttc long? X

This is our second cycle trying for our third, but my others are much older so there's a big age gap. How about you? My af is due 23rd/24th
How old is your first?

I am 6DPO. AF due 23rd (in 8 days). I had some spotting yesterday but from what I have read 5DPO is to early for that 🤔

my cycles are 25-26 days

Hi! Did you track your ovulation? Amazing how cycles can vary so much between women if we are due af on the same day and you are 8dpo and Ive only just ovulated haha!

I ovulated on CD12 (last Tuesday 9th). This is month 2 of TTC so I am still learning so much. I have been tracking ovulation by BBT, my temps rose on 10th (CD13) which confirmed ovulation. I have used the LH strips to check ovulation but I am not too confident in them because I drink so much during the day lol

how is your TTC journey going? Do you track your BBT or use the LH strips?

@Peanutbutthole We’ve been ttc for almost a year. Although I had a mc at 7 weeks in July, so this is our 2nd month back ttc.
our DS is 3, how old are your DCs? 😊

Isnt it crazy that AF is due around the same time for us all yet we’re all at different DPOs. I tried temping for a couple of months but couldn’t get on with it. Have found LH strips much more helpful.

@CrazyKJso sorry to hear about your mc that must have been really hard. Mine are 12 and 10 I think I'm crazy haha

@thismonthsfadi haven't tried temping yet, this was my first month using lh strips. I expected my ov to be much earlier than it was given I have been having quite short cycles but it was actually cd15 or 16 I think, which I think gives me quite a short luteal phase which worries me in the back of my mind. Are you trying for your first?

@Peanutbutthole It was really traumatic, but have tried to focus on what I can do to get healthier and improve chances for his time round.
Aw that would be a lovely gap, our niece and nephew were 10 and 12 when our DS was born. They absolutely love him and he’s obsessed with them 😍

Anyone got any symptoms yet? Any more spotting @thismonthsfad?

I am now 9DPO - I have slightly sore boobs but this is quite normal in the lead up to AF. AF is due in 5-6 days...
How are you getting on?

I'm doing ok, nothing much to report and no symptoms. When do you plan on testing are you waiting for af?

I have no choice really but to wait for af because im due on at about 10dpo lol

I will start from tomorrow - I have a procedure booked next Friday at the hospital (unrelated to TCC) which cannot be done if pregnancy is suspected. So I will start testing from tomorrow so I can keep the hospital updated as early as possible - I will take a first response test on Monday (13DPO)..

How long are your cycles? Do you track your temps?

Hey 😊 Feel like I’ve got loads of symptoms, but I know realistically I get most of them in the lead up to af. So trying not to read into it all too much 🙈 my plan is to wait until Sunday to test if I can, as that’s 10dpo and af is due Monday or Tuesday.

I have not yet tracked my temps. This is only my second month trying so it may be something to look into if I'm unsuccessful.
I have quite short cycles, I think they are slowly getting shorter. The last few have been 25 days but before that 26 days

Sunday is only a couple of days you can totally hold out and hopefully it will be an obvious positive then 🤞🤞

I woke up feeling a bit off so decided to test, stark negative as expected 🫣 DS and hubby have both had a Stomach bug recently though so really hoping it’s not that about to hit me!!

11DPO today - got a BFN. I feel very periody today like I am about to come on but my temps are still high so I am not completely out yet lol

Will test again tomorrow - I am only using the cheapie tests from Amazon, I have got about 100 of them so figured I may as well use them. Keep us posted with tomorrow :)

Ah thank you, yeah fortunately I’m feeling okay now. I’m also feeling a bit crampy, but also got that before the pregnancy we lost so who really knows at this point 🙈 it’s still a couple days til AF is due so you could still be surprised 🤞

I’m negative this morning, not feeling too hopeful anymore. With both previous pregnancies I was faintly positive a day or 2 before AF. Will test again tomorrow if AF doesn’t show first thing but feels like it’s not happening this month 🙁

Same here! Negative this morning using a sensitive test - I think I am out this cycle! We only DTD 3-4 days before ov so I wasn’t really thinking it’d happen this month! I’ll test again tomorrow too just out of curiosity.
I’ll see you on the next TWW thread in a week or so 🤣

Ah sorry to hear that @thismonthsfad least you know ahead of your procedure. I had been feeling quite positive as we managed to hit all peak and the days before/after. Only used a cheap easy@home test this mornng. I’ve found them accurate before though so just a waiting game for AF now really.
Yeah definitely catch you on the next cycle if it’s not our time! X

Hey @CrazyKJand @thismonthsfad sorry to hear negatives for you both so far. Never know though until af shows I guess.

I haven't tested yet, I'm only 8dpo so no point really. I have had very sore boobs today and yesterday but I think too early for symptoms yet. I am worried that my af will show up early which will mean an evening shorter luteal phase than I thought 😕😕

Try not to worry about the luteal phase too much. The pregnancy we lost was conceived with what would have been a 9 or 10 day LP. I had some other health issues going on at the time that likely contributed to the loss (so LP was irrelevant to the outcome) X
