Clear and Simple Early Detection Test

Hi guys

just after a bit of advice. I want to preface this by saying yes I’m crazy for testing so early and yes I’m bonkers for doing two in a row but I just have a feeling!

so I’m 9dpo today, yesterday on Superdrug early I got two tests with vvvvvvvvfl (just put down to evaps.)

today I bought a clear and simple early test and did one, bfn but thought I could maybe see a shadow (again thought I was looking at indent)

I needed the loo again about an hour later and thought why the hell not so tested again 🤣 wish I didn’t now as I got a faint positive.

convinced it’s a false positive as the test prior was negative and i had a 6 hour hold and only a can of coke to drink, whereas the test an hour later I had downed a pint of water and hadn’t held!

anyways just after advice and thoughts- please crush my hopes as don’t want to get disappointed 🤣 I’ve had SO many false positives before that have gotten my hopes up! I’m wondering if the test is just a super bad indent but it is pink and came up in the time window.

Just updating this thread to say I did another one (someone take them away from me!) and it had a vvv faint but still there like. So not sure what happened, as I’m so early maybe i caught the moment HCG went over the threshold! Dodgy first test? Who knows! Very strange

@lilyflower1803 step away from the tests (said with lots of empathy!) You're testing pretty early so you're likely to deal with squinters and send yourself mad. 12dpo is usually definitive. I didn't always wait til then either but you'll get a better result. First response are generally better or the cheapie strips for serial testing, the amount I spent on tests is unreal. The clearblue digital with a red tip will give you an answer with FMU after a vvvfl. Good luck x

Haha thank you ☺️ you will be glad to know I have NOT tested today. The lines yesterday were pretty solid, but I think I will wait for AF to come. My nausea has been quite bad today. I’ve got one of those early clear blues kicking about, I’m going to try wait until next week to take it 😆

I know right, tests are so expensive, TTC needs its own budget!
