Evening Primrose Oil Effects

Hi all

I’m panicking a bit. I took evening primrose oil until today (my ovulation day), and I just found out I should have stopped before ovulation! I’m also taking mucinex. Really worried now…

That I may have affected my chances of conceiving. I read online using epo during ovulation is not recommended
