At what point do clearblue tests stop getting darker?

I got my bfp a few days ago at 13dpo. Currently 18dpo and the line is darker than 13dpo but the same as 16dpo. Has it reached saturation or should it still be getting darker? I am new to this so unsure what I should expect. Most recent tests shown below - right hand one is today, hard to read because of the dye stealing but the darkest parts on each test look the same. Not sure if they should be getting darker and epu haven’t called me back

Here are the tests - room for darkening if HCG is rising or not?

Step away from the tests right about now OP. You are pregnant, congratulations! If you need a next step to confirm and look forward to, book an early scan for when you’ll be 8-9 weeks (so about 4 weeks from now). Don’t be tempted to go earlier than that or you risk the stress of it being too early. Enjoy!

@waitingforbaby90thank you. My clinic has actually offered me a scan for 5w6d which seems pointless?

Looks like you got a dye stealer which is a good sign! I know lots of people who stop when they a 3+ on a digital but what the above poster said isn’t a bad shout

my clinic would never go earlier than 6 weeks, at 6 you’re not likely to see a heartbeat yet which can cause added stress. If you know your dates because of fertility treatment then I’d go for a 7+ week scan, much more likely to be reassuring than stress-inducing!

At 5wk6d you won't see much of anything OP.

For line progression blue dye isn't the best, a pink dye cheap batch would probably be better.

But it's true that line progression is no guarantee. If you feel anxious you could get a blood test - you need two tests two days apart to see if the hcg is at least doubling.

Congrats! You’re pregnant until you give birth or miscarry. Either way, you will know about it so you don’t need to test again

@opencecilgee what a horrible thing to say to a newly pregnant woman!! She’s not thick! Why state the obvious like that. Everyone woman is already worried about miscarriages ! People do multiple tests because they are concerned about miscarriages!!
