when did i ovulate?

struggling to confirm when i ovulated this cycle. can anyone help confirm please?

I'd say on the 26th going off your LH test. The BBT line isn't hugely helpful but I guess there's a slight upward shift. I always found Fertility Friend to give a better graph.

The temps after the cross hairs are generally higher though. Are you leaving the BBT thermometer in long enough? I used to take it out when it beeped, then realised that it actually went higher if I left it in my mouth longer, so ignored the beep and just read it when it had stopped climbing.

On another note, your Fertility Friend chart looks like mine, what with all the symptoms and everything being tracked 😆

i leave it in until it’s stopped climbing too. just so unsure of when i ovulated. not convinced about the 26th, but im thinking cd20 could’ve been ovulation dip, followed by ovulation on cd21?

But you had negative LH tests so I doubt it.

You had sex quite frequently in that whole.period though so I think whenever ovulation occurred, you've covered your bases.

Your positive LH test always comes before ovulation. It shows the LH surge which precedes ovulation. (Sorry if you know that and it's not what you meant!)

mine was 25th but you can still ovulate late after your peak… up to 72 hours later on rare occasions, no?

I think it's usually within 24-36 hours but I'm not an expert.

Do you need to know the exact date for some reason like starting medication? Otherwise I'd just mark the period as your fertile period and be satisfied that you've had sex regularly throughout. Not much more you can do!
