Hi all ☺️ I just wondered if anyone has any good recommendations for his and her conception multi vitamins?
I've been taking the pregnacare ones for the past few weeks - but the tablets are the size of sugar cubes.

I used to take Proceive but switched to Ovum - meant to be more science based in terms of ingredients that are proven to help

How are they I’m tempted by them but have heard that one of the ingredients can cause and unpleasant smell / taste ?

Ooh, I have found them fine, haven’t had any trouble taking them. They do have a sort of earthy smell (funnily my DH’s sperm tablets smell similar!)

They’re not too big though which I think helps. I’ve got some others that are chunky and I really struggle to swallow them

I currently am taking ova. You get them from boots .
They have 50ug vitamin d ,my fertility consultant advised me I need high vitamin d.
I used to take proceive sachets during both my ivf cycles but recently switched . I also took ovum for few months but my consultant was against these and told me to stop as they lack many basic essential nutrients for fertility like iron ect
