Hi all, just a bit of background first. I am in mid twenties & with a stable loving partner. I suffer with quite severe PCOS & suspected endometriosis.
so, my periods are irregular but every month just on different dates. I am definitely due my period by now but almost a week before this I began getting Mild cramps, very sore breasts, very tearful at the drop of a hat etc. usually my periods last a week and they start very heavy and stay heavy. Even if they start light I know they’re a period and they rapidly get heavier.
about 2 days ago I felt very very lightheaded and dizzy all day like I’d just got off a ride and it didn’t stop. Now yesterday just gone, I noticed very very light pink blood it was like pink mixed with brown when I wiped and then one pink dot on my knickers. It lasted like a day Ive been wiping now and it’s stopped. Could this be implantation bleeding? I did a test tonight & it is negative- i dont want to get my hopes up in case it’s my PCOS or a burst cyst but does anyone have any experiences or opinions? Me and my partner want this so much and I don’t want to get our hopes up. I feel im never ever going to experience a positive test or be a mum

It could be. But could be something else too so I dont want to get your hopes up. I had 4 days of negative early morning pregnancy tests when I just knew I was pregnant. I had these symptoms almost exactly on 1/3 pregnancies. Very very slight pinkish tinge on a second pregnancy. The sore boobs thing happened more on my second/third pregnancies after breastfeeding - it was like the hormones made them kick in straight away. Fingers crossed for you.
