Hello all 🤍

So I believe I ovulated CD19/20 as on CD18 my bbt was 35.88, on CD19 it was 36.21, CD20 was 36.29 and I had spotting (painless, lasted a day, never had it before) plus on CD19, I felt my usual ovulation twinges actually in both sides.

So usually my luteal phase are between 16-18 days. As an example last month my BBT started going down on 15DPO and then my period came on 19DPO.

This month my tests have been negative, but my BBT has just risen!

On 14DPO I had strong period pains which I thought was my period on it's way...

Last few days it has been:

15DPO - 36.8
16DPO - 36.94
17DPO - 36.7
18DPO - 36.8
19DPO - 36.87
20DPO - 36.87
(today)21DPO - 37.02

I have had scans within the last year and blood work done that have not shown cysts, PCOS, thyroid issues etc- all come back normal. Also this month i have been really active (not too intensely) and have been really healthy etc - so in my mind there's no reason why my period should be late!!!

Has anyone had a similar experience?! I just want my BBT to come down so my period starts and I can get going with the next cycle!!!
