Help me Work my Ovulation/Conception Day Out

Here's a puzzle for you ... the date is 23rd May 2023 ... what day is 8 weeks and 3 days before that date?

Note the year is 2023 ... is it Saturday the 8th or Saturday 1st? I think it's the 8th but counting back that only seems to be 7 weeks.

I can't do maths or add up! Help!

It will be the 25th of March 2023 which is a Saturday

Thank you ... I just used the pregnancy conception calculator and yes, I did ovulate during the dates it gave me. It seems very likely I ovulated Saturday 8th April, had sex on the 6th and the 7th. Research suggests sex the day before gives the highest chance of pregnancy, but I know it's impossible to know exactly which time was the success.
