VERY light period?????

My clinic put me on Cylogest (progesterone) pessires as I have an 11 day LP, negative test 12dpo so stopped it. Yesterday (3 days after stopping the progesterone) i started bleeding very lightly , only when I wiped did I see it and it was so light. Continued cramping and then today very light. It’s so so so odd. Is this normal coming off progesterone?????

Yes. You can get break through bleeding or a period when stopping progesterone.

@Miraclemuma03 thank you for replying. My concern is how incredibly light this was, basically only when I wiped for 2 days just a tiny bit of bright red blood. I’m panicking why I didn’t get a proper period. 😔

Did you happen to retest? Have you had a heavier bleed since?
