TTC #2, one ovary and tube - Vitamin B6 advice needed

Hi all. Just looking for some advice if possible please.

A bit of background, I’m 33, trying for baby no2. DS was first month “trying” after stopping the pill from being on it for 10+ years back in 2023. So so very lucky. During that pregnancy I had to have an operation at 26 weeks pregnant as I had an ovary torsion (after excruciating pain and many hospital visits where Drs said it was “just growing pains”, but that’s another story) where my tube decided to wrap around my right ovary and kill it, so now only left with just my left ovary and tube. So odds are against me already I fear.

I am currently tracking ovulation with ovulation strips and going to try the SMEP method this cycle. I get an LH surge so presume I ovulate. I don’t BBT as would find it too consuming.

Anyway, I just wanted to see if I’m taking the right vitamins

Folic acid + Vit D3 (400 + 10)
Vit B12 (1000)
Vit C + zinc (500 + 15)

I’m going to start taking 50mg of Vitamin B6 (I have noticed I have short luteal phase, 9/10 days). Is this amount sufficient? Will this be ok to take on its own or do I need to take a Vit B complex tablet alongside this?
Also, can I take this anytime in my cycle, everyday, or do I need to wait for a certain time and do I need to stop and start around ovulation? (Hope that makes sense)

Many thanks in advance for any help xxx
