Book wise - It Starts With The Egg 100%

Podcasts - Don’t Tell Me To Relax is great. Aimed at people from the start of TTC onwards

I listen to some other podcasts but they’re more aimed at people who have been trying a while, are doing IVF or had losses:

• BFN (big fat negative podcast)
• The Worst Girl Gang Ever - I started listening to this after an early loss. It’s a brilliant podcast although it did increase my anxiety a bit because it’s now opened my eyes to everything that could possibly go wrong, so I’d recommend it with caution
• IVF BFF - recently started listening to this. Two friends doing IVF at the same time. It’s very raw and honest, but really interesting to follow their journeys
