Anyone want to join me on the TWW? Currently 6dpo and it’s feeling like forever!

I have had the occasional shooting pain in my boobs, they feel bigger and had cramps/twinges on and off for the last 2 days.

My temp took a huge dive below the cover line yesterday but it’s back up to just above cover line today!

Come and join in x

@SantiagoSister sorry your picture of the easy@homes hadn’t uploaded last night, I didn’t see the progression. I think that’s really good for 9DPO and also your FRER looks good too! My FRER was taken in evening of 10DPO so almost a day more HCG but doesn’t look far off?

Was the digital 25miu? I’ve heard they’re very slow! Honestly think your lines look great and congratulations 🥳

@ThatNimbleOP thank you so much ☺️ I’m tentatively feeling excited now I’ve gotten over the shock a bit, but it’s so early days. I’ve not told my husband yet, just want to make sure things are heading in the right direction before I do so. I’m so glad you think my lines look ok, that’s really reassuring to read so thank you.

I just looked up the sensitivity on the fertility monitor and it says it’s 50 miu, so I’m hoping that’s why it’s not showing yet on there. Always horrible to read ‘not pregnant’ even when logically you know it’s probably just too early for that test.

I’ll repost my picture from last night in this post, sorry it didn’t attach properly last night!

@SantiagoSister it was also expired! So definitely don’t discount. I’m doing okay. Managed to only test yesterday morning on my cheapie. The progression seemed good from 10-12DPO so feeling assured enough to calm down the testing. I’ll retest tomorrow morning with a FRER or this morning if my wee looks dark enough which it doesn’t for now!

That is also true, thank you. Hopefully when my new ones arrive I’ll get some more reassurance!

I’m glad to hear you’re doing ok and that you’re feeling more reassured after seeing your progression over the last few days. Your FRERs look really good 🥳 I’m so pleased for you!

ThatNimbleOP · 17/06/2026 07:13

Just for context as well, this was my 10-12 on the cheapies. 10 was barely visible!

Edited

Thank you for this, I really appreciate seeing your cheapie tests in comparison to your FRERs. Such a big jump from 10-12, that’s so good to see! Hoping mine will look similar when I retest tonight 🤞🏼 will keep you posted. Thanks for all your support!

@SantiagoSister there we go then re: the monitor!! Just got to get through each day.

I've tested this morning in the end with IC and FRER. Not seeing loads of progression on FRER but think it has darkened. Feeling a bit disappointed and worried. I really don't know if all this testing is healthy!! I've been feeling crampy and thought i had some brownish discharge but maybe be the suppositories...

Guarding my heart <3 Keep me updated your end xx

ThatNimbleOP · 17/06/2026 09:10

FRER 11PM-13AM
IC 12AM-13AM

What do you think? This isn't a healthy obsession is it!

Ah it definitely isn’t helpful testing so often, I feel it causes unnecessary anxiety but it’s impossible not to, so I do sympathise. Personally I can definitely see the FRER has darkened and I would be satisfied with that progression 🤞🏼 when will you next test with your FRERs? Your cheapies are looking good too.

I am also feeling crampy, but I do remember this from previous pregnancies so trying not to worry about it at the moment. Hopefully your brownish discharge is just from your suppositories 🤞🏼 all such a worry isn’t it.

ThatNimbleOP · 17/06/2026 09:39

@SantiagoSister i know...i feel a bit more confident then after a day feel like i have to test to reassure? But then it's a bit of a spiral. The outcome will still be the same won't it. it's just the suppositories throwing me off as they delay period so the tests are my only indicator.

I'm going to TRY and wait till Friday now for 48hrs which is more accurate rather then 24/36 hours.

TBF the discharge is more dark yellow/light brown and i've had it since starting the suppositories on and off since 3DPO so think it could be irritation! xx

Yes cramps are totally normal at this point. God it's a minefield!! Here together getting through it haha <3

ThatNimbleOP · 17/06/2026 09:43

@SantiagoSister saw this on another thread, think it's true really. Just check it's not getting lighter :) Right, i better get back to work haha!

"Line progression isn't really a thing - the midwives at my hospital get super annoyed at it because it doesn't mean anything, so long as they don't actively get lighter (which yours aren't). Stop testing, and sit tight. It's so hard to do I know, but you're working yourself up over something you don't need to. I totally get why you would be worried, but this isn't helping you. Testing won't control if you keep this baby or not x"

That’s so true. Logically we know the outcome can’t be changed no matter what the tests show, so we are just torturing ourselves by stressing over line progression. But will that stop us? Probably not 🙈

That’s really reassuring that you’ve had that discharge since 3DPO, at least it’s not a new thing so hopefully that’s eased your mind a little bit. I am certainly glad to be here together getting through this tough initial stage!

This is so true isn’t it. Well said! I guess the main goal is just to make sure they’re not getting lighter then. Good luck with trying to hold out until Friday to test again, it’s hard but it will be a lot more accurate waiting that extra time as you say. Will keep you posted this evening when I do another cheapie 🤞🏼

Sorry ladies! Been absent and not coping well mentally!! Sick of unsuccessful cycles and wondering if I’ll ever actually be a mum one day 😢 had a really shitty day today, made worse by a “friend” who said how “I need to get cracking” and “are you sure you’re actually having sex at the right times” and went onto discuss how she caught within 3 months and “how weird that your body just isn’t getting pregnant, only you eh” (?!?!) - she then went onto load her pregnancy app (she’s 14 weeks) and proceeded to read out what she should expect this week coming whilst rubbing her belly?! What is actually wrong with people?! Maybe I’m being sensitive but she royally pissed me off!! So insensitive I left our coffee feeling really deflated and hurt!

really pleased to come on here and see both of your amazing lines though! How exciting for you both! I hope all goes well ❤️❤️ I’m overdue an early night I think! Xxx

I’m so sorry you’re having a rough day @MrsOverthinker25, honestly what was your friend thinking?! Some people are just so insensitive and don’t even realise. I just wouldn’t dream of flaunting my pregnancy and being so condescending if I knew a friend was struggling. I’m sorry you’ve had to go through that today, really not what you needed when you were feeling deflated to start with. I’m also sorry if mine and @ThatNimbleOP’s line comparisons have been triggering for you, absolutely not my intention and I apologise if that is the case. I really hope it will happen for you soon 🙏🏻 hang in there, you’ll absolutely be a mum one day ❤️

ThatNimbleOP · 18/06/2026 06:44

@MrsOverthinker25 ive learnt that life’s too short to surround yourself with people that don’t make you feel good. Just ignore this person and give them a wide birth! Pardon the pun!

You will be a mum, we have to believe and keep the faith, even though it’s so hard.

Equally, sorry for filling this thread with countless pregnancy test photos. Although positive I’m petrified of chemicals and consequently miscarriages so right now there’s zero happiness, just a new worry…the goal posts are only ever moved. Getting reassurance on lines gives momentary relief but then the cycle repeats. I think what I’m trying to say to myself as well is that we must learn to live in the present. This is 100% made easier by surrounding ourselves with the right people though 😃

Here for you @MrsOverthinker25. Xxx

MrsOverthinker25 · 18/06/2026 10:58

@SantiagoSister @ThatNimbleOP 100% agree with you both! I did say it was an odd comment to make but she didn’t seem to care. She also stood there showing me stuff for her baby shower and telling me the date, I’m actually off that day (I do shiftwork) but I said I’m working, what a shame 🤥!! She has since texted me about something else, but I’ve ignored her! I cannot stand spiteful people!! She is aware I have PCOS, hence why it’s bothered me so much!

however, please DO NOT apologise about posting your tests! I was so happy to come on here and see the lines and how they have progressed! I am so happy for you both especially @ThatNimbleOP as we have been speaking on here now for 10 months and are basically internet besties 🤣🤣 but no, keep them coming, I love to see it!! Thank you for the support ladies. Nothing has been triggering for me so please don’t feel you cannot post as you absolutely can! Hope you’re both doing okay ❤️xx

@MrsOverthinker25 definitely just ignore this person! I imagine she wants to be star of show when she's pregnant and can't understand that people have shit going on. Protect yourself :)

Aw thanks @MrsOverthinker25 my tests don't seem much darker 12-14DPO, still dark but not seeing any progression so i'm cautiously protecting my heart again. Think it's time to step away from them till the weekend to see if there's proper progression.

I may very well be back joining you soon :) Kind of my new norm anyway HAHA! Sending hugs xxx

MrsOverthinker25 · 18/06/2026 11:51

@ThatNimbleOP I agree! I had to really wire my jaw shut because I definitely could have humbled her, but I’m a nice person so I shut up 🤣

Awww bless you!! I thought your lines looked fab, deffo stop testing now ❤️ everything is out of your hands completely and you need to try and relax and not torture yourself. Everything will be okay, I understand you’re anxious but I have such a good feeling about this pregnancy for you! Super exciting xx

Hi ladies, a final test update for me, I’m happy to see some good progression from 10 DPO - 11 DPO on the FRERs. I feel a little more settled now, I will do one final test at the weekend then stop testing. It’s so nerve-wracking, but just trying to remember that no amount of worrying can change the outcome of this pregnancy. Really hoping I can bring this baby home happy and healthy 🙏🏻

Hey @MrsOverthinker25, sorry for being quiet! I didn’t test Friday and it really helped me take a mental step back from everything…

I did however tell myself I’d test today to see two days progression and really pleased to say I got my first dye steal at 16DPO! I know FRERs are super sensitive but it’s a big increase from 2-3 days ago so I THINK I can relax a little…but I won’t let out a breath until my scan at 7 weeks.

@SantiagoSister how are you doing!!

@MrsOverthinker25 how are you feeling today? Feeling blessed to have the support of you ladies xxx

SantiagoSister · 20/06/2026 23:25

Hi @MrsOverthinker25 and @ThatNimbleOP, thanks so much for checking in!

Pleased to hear you’re feeling a little bit more relaxed @ThatNimbleOP, great that you got your first dye stealer! 👏🏼 that’s really reassuring. Keeping everything crossed for your scan in a few weeks.

I’m doing ok mostly thanks, still very anxious about all that can go wrong, but keeping a quiet hope that things may work out 🙏🏻 I’ve not test any more at the moment, I think I’ll test maybe next week just to make sure things are still on the up 🤞🏼

Hope you’re both doing ok x

ThatNimbleOP · 21/06/2026 08:21

@SantiagoSister that sounds like a good plan…concieving after previous loss is so hard and such a new thing to navigate. At least we all have each other and we’re not alone.

@MrsOverthinker25 here for you too. Hope you both enjoy the rest of your hot weekends xx

Finally the week is here when I'm going to remove my patch! I spoke to my doctor who advised me to keep taking my antidepressants but go on a lower dose.

I'll be removing my patch tomorrow night and start opk testing straight away to see my levels and DTD EVERY SINGLE DAY even though it is bloody hot in England 🥵🤣 ❤️

Good luck everyone ✨️
