Anyone want to join me on the TWW? Currently 6dpo and it’s feeling like forever!

I have had the occasional shooting pain in my boobs, they feel bigger and had cramps/twinges on and off for the last 2 days.

My temp took a huge dive below the cover line yesterday but it’s back up to just above cover line today!

Im okay, just fearing the worst. Going to tell my clinic today and get their advice. I just want to do everything right to prevent losing this baby! Also still don’t believe I’m pregnant lol such a strange feeling!

That’s a good idea to contact the clinic today, at least you will know you’ve done everything in your power to make sure you’ve given this pregnancy the best chance. It’s such a bizarre feeling isn’t it, I’ve always felt really shocked/scared every time I’ve seen a positive test, even though I was trying and very much wanted to be pregnant!

Yes have told the clinic and been advised to keep taking progesterone and do early scan at 7 weeks. I haven’t tested again today as working…I think I’ll test again tonight. I was feeling calm but as the days progress I’m getting more anxious. Also it doesn’t help that the progesterone prevents my period so no period isn’t reliable! Equally it’s reassuring too not to see spotting

Glad you’ve been given some advice from the clinic now and you’re doing all you can by continuing to take the progesterone. I imagine it’s hard knowing that the progesterone will stop any potential period, but as you say, it’s also a very good sign to not have any spotting. A few more weeks to go for your early scan and hopefully that will give you some extra reassurance too 🙏🏻

@ThatNimbleOPExactly the same as you, I’ve just got a faint positive this evening at 8 DPO! I’m in shock. I feel nervous, anxious, and can’t quite believe it. Will see how progression goes over the next few days 🤞🏼

I tested again last night with useless sample again (peeing all evening, 30 min hold 🤣) and my test looked darker I think. I really don’t know though, I just have no faith as it’s so early…

8-11DPO but at varying times!

Wow, that’s great progression on your tests, especially with not holding for a long time before! Hope that’s giving you some reassurance. Really hoping it works out for you this time 🙏🏻

I feel in disbelief this morning, and feel a bit sick, thinking that’s caused by anxiety though. Just terrified of going through a late loss again, or any loss to be fair, I don’t think my heart could take it. Hoping it will all work out but it’s all so unknown at this point isn’t it.

I’ve actually found some self control from somewhere (no idea how?!) and I’m going to test tonight. Just didn’t want the worry if it hadn’t darkened this morning. Hoping it’ll be noticeably darker this evening 🤞🏼 will keep you posted!

@SantiagoSister! Of course, still so early. I think with our miscarriage being not so long ago i'm just hypervigilante. You'll see in earlier messages i didn't test till 18DPO with the miscarried baby :D This seems to be giving me some reassurance...

I’m currently 8/9 DPO tested this morning and it was negative I feel so upset and deflated. Starting to begin to think the app was right and I ovulated on the day it said and I am definitely out this cycle

@Honey6743 oh no sorry to hear this!! It's still early. When did app say you ovulated? I know it's hard, every cycle is a chance :)

Flo app said it, but I tried to go of my CM just waiting for the period to arrive now

Oh I can so relate, pregnancy after loss is so difficult and it sends you crazy with the worrying. How far along were you when you miscarried before? Do you think you may feel better when you get past that point?

@ThatNimbleOP not as much progression as I would have liked this evening, I guess I’ll just keep testing over the next few days and hoping for the best 🤞🏼

@SantiagoSister i was about 8.5 weeks/9 weeks, so not far but far enough to finally feel a bit settled. Baby had slow growth on a scan and I’d started spotting then it progressed. Very long, drawn out process.

Oh okay re: the tests! But 8-9DPO it’s so incremental and also urine concentration. Those cheapies are also bad for progression. Have you got any FRERs? I’ve only just started using them this month and find the lines so clear!

So sorry to hear this @ThatNimbleOP, you’re right, that’s definitely long enough to feel settled and start to feel excited. It’s so hard 😢 when is your first early scan? Assuming in around 3 weeks or so. Really hoping for all to be well for you.

Thanks for the heads up on the cheapies, I have one FRER in the drawer (expired 2 years ago 😂) and I’ve just ordered some fresh ones. I will try it with the one I have here in the morning and hopefully get a better line to compare to. Did my photo load above of both my tests? It says it’s under review so I’m not sure if it’s posted it. Would you say you can see any progress between the two?

@ThatNimbleOP just tried my expired FRER, I feel like I would expect a darker line for 10 DPO FMU. I know every pregnancy is different, but I’ve checked it against my lines at 10 DPO in my previous pregnancies and those lines were a lot darker at this point. Feeling a bit worried that maybe this isn’t going to progress as well as I’d hoped. Will have to wait for my new FRERs to arrive and will do another cheapie tonight to compare to the other two.

@ThatNimbleOP Also forgot to say, I tested with my Clearblue fertility monitor this morning too and it read not pregnant. Hoping I just need to wait a few more days for it to show 🤞🏼

@SantiagoSister sorry your picture of the easy@homes hadn’t uploaded last night, I didn’t see the progression. I think that’s really good for 9DPO and also your FRER looks good too! My FRER was taken in evening of 10DPO so almost a day more HCG but doesn’t look far off?

Was the digital 25miu? I’ve heard they’re very slow! Honestly think your lines look great and congratulations 🥳

@SantiagoSister it was also expired! So definitely don’t discount. I’m doing okay. Managed to only test yesterday morning on my cheapie. The progression seemed good from 10-12DPO so feeling assured enough to calm down the testing. I’ll retest tomorrow morning with a FRER or this morning if my wee looks dark enough which it doesn’t for now!

Just for context as well, this was my 10-12 on the cheapies. 10 was barely visible!
