Help with BBT chart reading!

Hello! Exactly as the title says.

First month tracking BBT with an Oura ring. I have NC alongside this.

What’s this massive temp dip at 4DPO and the rise at 5DPO? I’m having heaving feeling in womb and dizziness today vs yesterday.

Not for one moment presuming implantation as too early but biologically, what could cause this? Estrogen surge?

It’s an oestrogen surge. Really common at 4 or 5dpo.

Temp has shot up again but negative test this morning on easy@home.

Any thoughts ☺️ Guess it could go either way with tomorrow temp lol. Also I’m still not sure how long my LP is, think it could be 12-14. Will know soon enough with temping
